In addition to our current billing system, we have an automatic system in place to provide convenience for our users.
Since we have a pre-paid balance system that is charged on a minute-by-minute basis, we have also introduced a feature called "Auto Top-Up" for Individual Accounts to make it easier for you to manage your account balance.
Here's how Auto Top-Up works: Upon topping up your account for the first time, your credit card will be registered with our payment provider, Revolut.
In the Auto Top-Up page in the console, you can set a low limit and a top-up amount.
Our system ensures that when your account balance falls below the low limit you have set, it will automatically be topped up with the amount you specified, which will be charged to your registered credit card. In the unlikely event that we are unable to deduct the amount from your credit card due to any issues on your end, we will not attempt to deduct the amount again until you manually top up your account.
Once the Auto Top-Up is triggered and processed, you will receive a notification email.
